My Story

Greennookco started with a love of plants, but honestly, it has become so much more than that.

What started as me bringing home just one more plant (and then another…and another 😅) slowly turned into a passion for learning everything I could about horticulture, propagation, and the little bit of magic that happens when you watch a plant grow.

Eventually, I started sharing that passion with other people.

What began as a personal obsession grew into Greennookco: a small, family-supported business that I’m building alongside my daughter and my fiancé. We pack plants, haul tables, set up at markets, create events, make messes, learn as we go, and somehow fit it all in around work, school, and everyday life.

It isn't always easy. There are definitely late nights, too many things on the to-do list, and moments when I wonder how I'm going to make it all happen.

But then someone tells me they found a new favorite plant at one of my events. A kid gets excited about propagation. Someone who "couldn't keep a plant alive" tells me they finally have new growth. Or a group of strangers sits down at Plant Bingo and leaves as friends.

And that's when I remember exactly why I'm doing this.

Greennookco isn't just about selling plants.

It's about the experience of bringing plants into your life.

It's about learning something new, getting your hands dirty, finding a plant that makes you ridiculously happy, and meeting people who are just as excited about plants as you are.

I want Greennookco to feel welcoming, whether you have a house full of rare plants, or you're buying your very first one.

Every plant I choose, every event I create, and every little idea I dream up comes from that same place: I genuinely love plants, and I love sharing that joy with other people.
