Greennookco was born out of a simple belief: that plants make every space — and every life — a little better. Whether you're a seasoned plant parent or just starting your green journey, you've come to the right place.
Our Story
Greennookco started as a passion project right here in our local community. What began as a love of surrounding myself with living, breathing greenery grew into something that I wanted to share with everyone around me. Today, I sell both online and in person, bringing healthy, thoughtfully chosen plants to homes, offices, and spaces of all kinds.
Who We Are
Right now, I’m a small one-person business (with help from my fiance and oldest daughter), not a big-box retailer. Every plant that comes through my door is personally selected, cared for, and prepared for its next home. I know my inventory, I know my plants, and I’m here to help you find the right one for you.
How We Source Our Plants
I work with both trusted growers who share my standards for healthy, responsibly grown plants and grow my own. I prioritize quality over quantity — which means my selection stays curated so every plant you see is one I’d be proud to put in my own home. (That’s where they are until they sell, too) I am always looking for unique varieties, interesting foliage, and plants that thrive with a little love.
Our Care Practices
From the moment a plant arrives with me, I give it time to acclimate before it ever goes on sale, I monitor light, humidity, watering schedules, and soil conditions carefully. My goal is to hand off plants that are healthy, happy, and ready to settle into their new environment. I’ll always share care tips with you so you can keep them thriving long after they leave us.
